AI spokesperson video / Pixel Gallery

Show up on camera without filming every time.

Turn one approved capture of you or your spokesperson into a repeatable, art-directed video system for launches, explainers, training and social content.

Inside the example

One digital clone. Several visual roles.

The same approved spokesperson moves between direct address, product explanation and a clear call to action. These stills are taken from the FundMyArt production above.

The production problem

Your expertise should not disappear between filming days.

Your audience needs a recognisable human voice. Your content calendar needs speed and consistency. Traditional filming can do the first job beautifully, but repeated shoots make the second expensive and difficult to sustain.

Pixel Gallery builds a controlled spokesperson workflow around an approved digital likeness, then art-directs the scripts, motion, graphics and formats around it.

01

Human first. The person represented approves their likeness, voice and intended use before production scales.

02

Brand directed. The output is treated as a designed communication asset, not a raw avatar export.

03

Built to repeat. Once the system is approved, new scripts can become new videos without recreating the whole shoot.

What we build

A content system, not a synthetic talking head.

Every commission is scoped around the job the content needs to do. The mix may include the following, with final deliverables confirmed before production.

01 / Foundation

Approved spokesperson model

Capture planning, likeness and voice setup, visual direction and an approval sample before repeat production.

Consent + calibration
02 / Message

Scripts shaped for speech

Existing copy refined for natural delivery, or script support developed from your brief and source material.

Clarity + cadence
03 / Production

Art-directed master videos

Spokesperson performance, brand graphics, captions, supporting footage and sound brought into one coherent edit.

Edit + finish
04 / Distribution

Channel-ready versions

Landscape, square or vertical exports and shorter cutdowns, where those formats are included in the agreed scope.

16:9 / 1:1 / 9:16

The workflow

Approval before acceleration.

The system only becomes useful when it is recognisable, controlled and easy for your team to repeat.

01 / Define

Audience, use and boundaries

We agree who the content is for, where it will appear, who may approve it and how the spokesperson's likeness and voice may be used.

02 / Capture

Build the source material

We plan and review the approved capture, voice route and visual reference needed to create a consistent spokesperson model.

03 / Calibrate

Approve the first performance

A representative sample is reviewed for likeness, delivery and brand treatment before a wider batch is produced.

04 / Produce

Script, edit and distribute

Approved scripts become finished videos in the agreed formats. New content can then follow the same controlled workflow.

Creative control

A likeness is not a stock asset.

Documented permission

Production begins only after the represented person and intended uses are identified and approved.

Review before release

Your agreed approver signs off the content before final delivery or publication.

Clear handover

Final video formats, caption files and usage terms are written into the scope so your team knows what it receives.

Disclosure by context

We agree any labelling or disclosure requirements relevant to the platform, audience and campaign before production.

No silent reuse

Your spokesperson assets are not repurposed for another client's work without separate written permission.

Where it earns its place

Use it for repetition. Keep real moments real.

A strong fit

  • Repeat product, service or feature explainers
  • Founder or expert-led educational series
  • Internal training and onboarding libraries
  • Frequent updates with approved, stable messaging
  • One message adapted into several formats

Use live filming instead

  • Personal, emotional or sensitive announcements
  • Messages that require spontaneous judgement
  • Interviews, live responses or unscripted dialogue
  • Situations where synthetic media could reduce trust
  • Any use the represented person has not approved

Commercial approach

Scope before spend.

There is no responsible flat price for this work without knowing the capture route, video volume, languages, editing level and review process. We assess those inputs, confirm the delivery scope and quote before production begins.

Questions, answered

Before we build your spokesperson.

Does this replace filming completely?

No. It is strongest for repeatable, scripted communication. Live filming remains the better choice for spontaneous, personal or high-stakes messages.

What do you need from the spokesperson?

We confirm the capture and voice route during scoping. The person represented must approve the creation of the likeness and the ways it will be used.

Can we update the message later?

Yes. Repeat production is the point of the system. New scripts still pass through the agreed review and approval process before delivery.

What files do we receive?

The proposal states the final video formats, sizes, caption files and usage terms included. Source or platform files are only included when specifically agreed.

How is the work priced?

We quote after reviewing the capture method, content volume, video length, formats, languages, editing level and review requirements. No production starts until you approve the scope.

How do you handle consent and disclosure?

We document who is represented, the intended uses and the approval route. Any disclosure or labelling requirements are agreed for the relevant channels before production.

Start a conversation

What do you need to say more often?

Tell us about the spokesperson, audience and content bottleneck. We will use that to judge fit and shape the right production route.

Or book a 30-minute call

Submitting this form does not start production or grant permission to use anyone's likeness. Scope, consent and usage are agreed separately.
