We offer framed prints and digital downloads, available in various sizes and styles to suit your needs.

How do I choose the right frame?

Our website features a frame selection guide that helps you choose the perfect frame based on your aesthetic preferences and the artwork you've selected.

Do you offer limited editions?

Yes, we occasionally release limited edition artworks that are available for a specific period or until sold out.

What is the quality of the prints?

We use high-quality, archival-grade materials to ensure that your prints last for years without fading.

Can I preview the art in my space before buying?

Yes, our website offers a virtual preview feature that allows you to see how the art will look in your space.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as we can (95% of products are shiped out within 48hrs of your order being placed on our website). For USA & UK customers, it typically takes 3-6 business days to recieve your order.

Where are your printing facilities located?

We have a hybrid production model that combines in-house and outsourced manufacturing. Our production facilities are strategically located in the USA, UK, and mainland Europe, along with partnerships in over 10 countries.

Where can you ship to?

We offer global shipping coverage. There's no location we can't send orders to.

What if I need to change the shipping address?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can get in contact with us and update the shipping address. 

Do you ship to P.O. addresses?

In most cases, we can ship to P.O. Box addresses. However, certain products like framed prints and canvases may be too large for P.O. Boxes.

Do orders ship with tracking?

Yes, a tracking number will be emailled to you once the order is shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

 Yes, we ship globally. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free shipping on all orders

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use a variety of trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and Royal Mail, to ensure timely delivery.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to ensure that all your payment details are secure.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, we frequently run promotions and offer discounts. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

Is VAT (Value Added Tax) included in the price?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?

While we strive to offer competitive pricing, we do not currently offer a price match guarantee.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@pixel-gallery.co.uk and we'll look into it for you. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@pixel-gallery.co.uk, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide for Free.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is completely Free.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via hello@pixel-gallery.co.uk. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

We send return notes by email, so if you can locate the email we sent you, simply print off a new one. If you can’t find this email, please get in touch and ask for it to be resent to you.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hello@pixel-gallery.co.uk with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service is available from 6 AM to 9 PM (GMT), Monday to Saturday.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be purchased through our website.

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your promo code at checkout. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service.

Can I leave a review?

Absolutely, we encourage customers to leave reviews. You can do so on the product page of the item you purchased.

Gift Cards

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for values ranging from £10 - £200.

How do I download my digital art?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. Simply click the link to download your art.

What if the download link doesn't work?

If you encounter any issues, please contact our technical support for immediate assistance.

What file formats are available for digital downloads?

Our digital art is available in multiple formats including JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

How do I install the Pixel Gallery app?

We currently do not have an app, but our website is mobile-friendly for a seamless shopping experience.
