How it Works

  3. Repack the Item: Repack the item in its original packaging. Ensure it is in the same condition as when you received it.
  4. Return and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.
  5. Processing Time: All refunds are processed within 28 days.

Important Information

  • Proof of Postage: We recommend keeping proof of postage for any returned items, as we cannot consider claims for returned goods lost in transit without one.
  • Business Customers: The '30-day guarantee' does not apply to business customers. Our business order guarantee covers only faulty workmanship or damage during transit.
  • International Orders: We cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the USA or UK unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer goods in exchange for returned items, only replacements.

Returning Apparel

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Try-On Policy: Feel free to try the item on as you would in a shop, without causing any damage. If the item is used in any other way, it will be considered used and you may lose your right to return it.
  • Return Process for Apparel:

    3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
